Problem with my fps in mc

I dont know what happened but when im play in creative in singe player i get 55+ with out lag but in survival singe and multi i get only 20 fps with so much lag.Anyone know what is the problem idk what i do and i cant play with lag in server i buy new pc in the future but i dont know what i do now

Idk about creative but if it's super flat then your bound to he more fps
