That's the best your going to get for the price
But will never beat a built pc

A £600 ($900) can easily out perform it

Plug. In CPU
Plug in ram
Plug in gpu
Find a place for psu
Make sure it is all secure
Done


There is other things like sound cards and network adapters but yer
