It is now "illegal" (or soon to be) to charge money for in game perks that give players an advantage (think fly or god) cosmetics are fine,

Basically you can charge people but they can take legal action against ya.

Weirldy you can charge people to actually access the server

Donator perks are what keeps the server running though, that's pretty ridiculous.

You guys just found this out now ._. i was going to tell orange about this a month ago, buts its because donate prices were to high and kids would use their parents credit cards and mojang got a lot of complaints about it so i guess if we just keep good prices then were fine and if some little ****** complains tell that bitch to bring it on

It's not like this is a massive server.  Mojang won't find out. 
And with everyone missed off at mojang they'll hopefully let us do it again.

Well without donates the server is over for sure and a lot of other servers as well.

Also players donate because they want to donate not because we compel them or something like this.
