Problem with my launcher :/

I have a very big problem with my launcher in new versions i mean 1.7.2 and 1.7.4.
well the problem is when i go to take a flower or redstone all blocks dissapear and i can see only  chest and water-lava in underground
well here some pictures can anyone help me to fix it pls ?

yh and in 1.7.4 sometimes happened when i go close of some blocks this is so creepy and i dont know what i must do

First of all this is not xray and second it is so annoying because i cant see where i can goo and others so creepy
