Yeah they will, the licence will already be registered with their console before they transfer it to another.

Doesn't it delete the game when you attempt the license transfer? I mean it did when I used to play 360 I dunno about now

''License transfer is not illegal. They put it on your Xbox for a reason. That reason is for if you are moving your data to a new Xbox so you don't have to use the same hard drive. But they have also allowed it to be used so people don't have to pay for somethings. Me and my brother do it twice a year, everything we have bought on our Xbox we give to the other person so you don't have to pay twice. And again this is not illegal and you cannot get banned for doing this. If it was illegal it wouldn't be an option to do on the Xbox.''
