Ban player South Park

The title says it all, he (South Park) is abusing the teleport ability to tp poeple (me for example) into a pit of lava (in his town) and kill them, it caused me to loose my best armor and resouces right after I found out my house got servery griefed and robbed. I ask for a perminate ban on him.
