Money wise ~ PS4, the PS+ package gives you a free game per month and is cheaper to buy, Whereas the Xbox one has all the things like Kinect with it, and you need an internet connection to start a download to patch all the cock-ups they never bothered to fix before release so.
PS4 is worth it I'd say, I like Xbox but, Xbox one is a big disappointment to me.

honestly pc gaming is the way to go, i was a console gamer but now im moving towards pc

It's rumored that DayZ Stand Alone might come out for PS3/PS4 and not on the Xbox because Microsoft charges patches where a game like DayZ needs to be constantly patched will cost developers a pretty penny.So the developers are looking more towards Sony than Microsoft.
